We are a community of people “learning together to love our neighbors as ourselves” in a Latino neighborhood in Alexandria, Virginia. As a faith-based Christian 501(c)(3) non-profit with a small staff and over 100 volunteers, we serve alongside more than 100 families and their children (1st-12th grades) each week through our community programs.

This Alexandria Democratic Committee (ADC) exists under the authority of the Democratic Party of the United States (DNC) and the Democratic Party of the Commonwealth of Virginia (DPVA), and conducts its operations in accordance with the party plans of those organizations.

Tom Bush is a seasoned public security expert with leadership roles across the Department of Homeland Security, the TSA and Customs and Border Patrol (CBP), working closely with Homeland Security Secretaries to implement new policies.  Today he is President of Del Ray Consulting, providing security assessments for State and Local municipalities.

The Alexandria Economic Development Partnership leads efforts to grow the tax base, diversify the economy, and attract and retain businesses and organizations in Alexandria,Virginia. Founded in 1992, the Partnership joins its collaborators in defining and marketing Alexandria as a creative, diverse, knowledge-based community with a high quality of life.
