I have clients who bought or sold with me twenty five years ago and still call. That is the business I built. I am a licensed real estate salesperson in Virginia, license number 0225069250, with Long & Foster Real Estate, Inc. I lead The LizLuke Team out of the firm’s Alexandria office. Most of my work happens in Old Town Alexandria and across Northern Virginia, including Arlington and Fairfax County (and City). Nearly all of my business arrives by referral. Past clients, their families, their colleagues, people I have known for decades. That changes how I work. There is no pipeline that needs feeding, so a move can take the time it actually needs, whether that is three weeks or three years. Three things I am good at. Pricing a distinctive home in a market where genuine comparable sales are thin and a formula will not get you there. Preparing a property so it presents the way it should before anyone sees it. And guiding someone relocating into the region who is choosing a neighborhood from a screen, a thousand miles away, with a deadline. I work primarily in the $1M+ range.
