The Women’s Crawl is a 5-hour bar crawl experience brought to you by Shrinks on Tap & Del Ray Psych & Wellness – features (cocktails & mocktails) designed to celebrate womanhood, connection, and personal transformation—through ritual, movement, laughter, and a whole lot of fun at the restaurants along Mt. Vernon Ave in the Del Ray neighborhood of Alexandria.
We’ll gather, release what no longer serves us, reconnect to our bodies and hearts, and then celebrate together—moving through Del Ray with intention, joy, and collective energy.
Whether you come with friends or solo, you’ll leave feeling lighter, more connected, and wildly alive.
What to Expect
Check-In + Release Station (Fire Ritual) – The Wellness Junction (2–4PM)
We’ll begin with a grounding check-in and a symbolic release ritual—letting go of what you no longer want to carry into your next chapter.
Primal Scream & Mind–Body Coherence Station – Pat Miller Square (5:30PM)
Because sometimes growth requires letting it OUT. A guided, playful release to shake off stress, pressure, and old narratives—together, followed by a heart-centered pause to regulate, reconnect, and drop back into your body before the celebration continues.
Closing Dance Party – Piece Out Del Ray (6PM+)
We’ll end the night with music, movement, and freedom—anchoring intention, sisterhood, and celebration as we step forward together.

In the spirit of collective care, a portion of proceeds will support the Domestic Violence Safe House in Alexandria, Virginia. Participants are also encouraged to bring donations of menstrual supplies (pads, tampons, and related essentials) to uplift and care for women in our local community (bring to check-in location)
