Special donation opportunities at Del Ray businesses:
— ACUPUNCTURE IN DEL RAY will host special a Zoom class on Gua Sha for Sleep/Relaxation on April 27 at 7pm. Learn how to reduce stress, calm the mind, and achieve deeper sleep! The cost is $45, and all proceeds will be donated to Spring2ACTion. Click here to register.
— CHRYSALIS CHIROPRACTIC’s Dr. Lola Capps will host an outdoor Earth Day Yoga Flow on April 28 at 6pm outside their office, at 3140 Commonwealth Avenue. Open to all levels and all abilities. Suggested donation: $20 to the non-profit of your choice.
— DEL RAY CAFE will donate 5% of all proceeds on April 28 to At Home in Alexandria, an organization that serves an advocate for older Alexandrians to live safe, active and connected lives.
— DEL RAY PSYCH & WELLNESS and their associates, VITAL BODY, TRANQUIL HEALTHCARE, and NATURAL INTEGRATIVE HEALTHCARE will raffle off a variety of wellness services and gifts. Click here for more information.
— THE DOGS OF DEL RAY MURAL is raffling off the LAST spot for a pup portrait on the new mural featuring beloved Del Ray dogs of on the side of Stomping Ground. The waiting list is over 200 dogs long! Every $10 donation to the Animal Welfare League of Alexandria is one entry to honor your dog on the mural (or 6 entries for $50).
