This is the time of year when people are most motivated in making resolutions. However, studies show that 95% of people do not stick with their goals because they choose goals that do not make them happy. In this 90 minute workshop, Kristine Kyeelma, Mindfulness Meditation Coach, will help you understand the mindset needed for effective change. She will lead you through intention and goal setting exercises that will help you identify what you truly wish to cultivate in your life at this time.
