Join the Del Ray Citizens Association as we host National Night Out to celebrate Alexandria’s first responders and public safety providers. We’ll be in Pat Miller Square (2311 Mt Vernon Ave) on Tuesday, August 3 from 5pm – 8pm.
The Alexandria Community Emergency Response Team
(https://www.alexandriava.gov/CERT) will be providing first-aid demonstrations, and the Alexandria Medical Reserve Corps (https://www.alexandriava.gov/MedicalReserve) will have information about their work, including immunization clinic support and Drug Take Back Days. We’ll also be getting visits from the Alexandria Police Department’s K-9 Unit, Crime Scene Mobile Lab, and Alexandria Fire Department engines.
DRCA will be giving out free frozen treats to help everyone stay cool.
