The Friends of Duncan Library’s Book Sale returns Oct. 20-22! If it’s biographies, graphic novels, children’s books, mysteries, or the latest bestsellers, there will be plenty to satisfy every shopper’s reading tastes! All hardcovers $2, paperbacks $1, unless otherwise marked.
Thursday, October 20, 2022: 5:00 – 8:00 pm Friends’ Members-Only Preview Sale.
Friday, October 21, 2022: 10:00 am – 5:00 pm.
Saturday October 22, 2022: 10:00 am – 1:00 pm.
We’re bringing back the Friends’ Members-only Preview Sale on Thursday, Oct. 20. Only members get to shop the book sale before it opens to the general public. Not sure if your membership has lapsed? Email [email protected]. If you know it’s time to renew, it’s easy to sign up online.
We’re looking for volunteers for our next book sale. We need several folks to help out from setup Oct. 19, through sale days Oct. 20-22, and with breakdown on Oct. 22. This is a great way to get to know folks in our community and library staff. Volunteer hours are also a way for high school students to earn service hours.
