Local DC-area podcast creators who have partnered with independent recording studio Double Sharp Audio in the Del Ray neighborhood of Alexandria to host a family-friendly, Halloween-themed live event on Sunday, October 30th from 4:30-6:30PM.
“A Night of Audio Drama” will have a variety of family-friendly and educational activities, including:
- A “monster sound” foley challenge and play station
- An instrument ‘petting zoo’
- A live performance of an audio drama
- Meet and greet sessions with local podcast and audio creators.
Anyone interested in podcasts, audiobooks, music, sound design, and anything audio is welcome to attend!
The event will take place outside (weather permitting) at 2207 Mount Vernon Ave and inside the adjacent Double Sharp Audio studio.
