8th Annual Del Ray Candy Cane Bar Crawl

Grab your most festive holiday gear and get ready for an afternoon of community cheer, cocktails, raffles and much more for a great cause! The 8th Annual Del Ray Candy Cane Bar Crawl takes place Saturday, December 9th from 12:30-6pm, and is a fundraiser for Community Lodgings Mother of Light Center, two organizations that support those without homes through transitional housing, food and clothing support, and educational programs. This year’s crawl is sponsored by the Jen Walker Team

The first 250 registrants receive a swag bag, which includes a16 oz event souvenir cup and other goodies. Volunteer for a 2 hour shift and earn yourself a t-shirt and complimentary ticket to the crawl! Volunteer Here

Advance tickets are $15 ($25 at the door), and include specials on holiday cocktails, beers, and food at each of the 22 participating restaurants, trolley transportation, raffles, trivia contests, swag, photo booth, and a costume contest (best dressed awards for individual, couple, and group). Tri-blend bar crawl long sleeve t-shirts available for purchase with each ticket and will be at the door until supplies run out.

Sponsor one of the necessary Port-A-Johns on a crawl day. Your logo and a funny saying (optional) will be printed on a 8×11 sign that will be mounted to the front of the mobile bathroom unit. Sponsors will be recognized on social media. 

FRIENDS OF THE BAR CRAWL: $25

This sponsorship is for businesses or citizens who are supportive of this popular fundraising event and/or the Community Lodgings and Mother of Light. Friends will be printed on a sign that will be featured at Pat Miller Square and on the buses

Trolley Sponsor- Shared Side

We are looking for sponsors to help cover the cost of two Trolleys that will transport people along the restaurant route from 1-6:00pm. This will keep people moving safely, draw more people, and encourage greater restaurant participation. There is room for 2 business sponsors on the side of the trolley ($400 sponsor each) . Each business will have one 3×6 Banner on the trolley and will share a side.   Street side banners will be assigned on a first come, first serve basis. Sponsors will also be recognized on advertising materials. Sponsors must provide their own 3’X6’ banner
