Online payment failed?

If you don't receive a PayPal confirmation email, your payment was not successful.  Do one of the following:

1.  Repeat the registration process (click here).

• Ignore the message that says your registration already exists.  The system will create a second record in the database, and we'll delete the unsuccessful one.

• You may wish to read our troubleshooting tips first, in case the error was one you can correct.

• Deadline for this option is midnight EDT Mon 24 Nov.
  

2.  Send us payment directly through PayPal (click here).

• This option is available ONLY to runners who registered online by midnight on November 23, 2009 but whose initial payment failed.  If you send money by this route but are not on that pre-approved list (we know exactly who is eligible), 100% of your payment will be considered a nonrefundable donation to ALIVE! and you will NOT be registered for the race.
  

• Click Send Money and enter delraybusiness@gmail.com in the To box

• You don't need a PayPal account, but PayPal will encourage you to sign in if you have one or create one if you don't

• You'll need to know the correct amount of your registration fee, which is the sum of:

• Base fee of $15 (age 22+), $10 (13-21), or $5 (0-12)
• $1 processing fee
• $10 for t-shirt (if ordered)
• Optional donation to ALIVE! of $1, $3, $5, or $10

• You must send an email (click here) letting us know you've made this payment

• Deadline for this option is noon EDT Tues 24 Nov, 2009.
  

3.  Abandon online registration and register in-person on race day.

• Fee will be $5 more.

• Cash/checks only.

• No guarantee your t-shirt size will be available.
